Between dreamlike fiction and stark reality, Dimanche offers a witty and tender look at humanity facing the uncontrollable forces of nature.

As a family gathers for their traditional Sunday together, the world outside falls apart—walls shake, floods rise, and the storm rages on. Desperately clinging to routine, they go to absurd lengths to preserve a sense of normalcy amid ecological collapse.

Meanwhile, three wildlife reporters attempt to capture the last moments of Earth’s disappearing species, armed with dwindling equipment and unshakable determination.

From Belgian companies Cie Focus & Cie Chaliwaté, Dimanche expands on their 2018 hit Backup into a visually inventive, emotionally resonant 80-minute performance.
