TEATRO DELUSIO

A fantastic ensemble excels on the stage in breathtaking fighting scenes, deadly intrigues and heart-breaking arias. Night by night they steer towards unprecedented triumphs in world-famous plays. But this story is on the other side of these triumphs. Backstage three stage technicians are hard at work in the darkness. This is their story. Their lives, which usually remain hidden, now come into the light.

In Teatro Delusio Familie Flöz has created a small family, whose home is the theatre itself: the efficient Bob is young, strong and unpredictable; the chronically tired and sickly Bernd is constantly bossed around and the idle, always hungry Ivan is permanently anxious not to loose control over the shows.

Separated from the radiant stars on stage by nothing more than a sparse scenery the three untiring helpers are fighting for their own happiness in a different universe. Yet in a magical way the glamorous world of pretence connects and is blended with the down to earth life backstage.

HOTEL PARADISO

The heavenly name and Alpine spa location of Hotel Paradiso promise a relaxing get-away-from-it-all type holiday. Four stars adorn the entrance but all is not as it should be in the quaint family-run hotel. Dark clouds are gathering on the horizon.

The son dreams of finding his true love but spends his days battling his bossy sister for control of the hotel. The kleptomaniac maid relieves the guests of more than their troubles and the chef has his own solution for combatting the growing number of dearly departed. Demise is only a matter of time.

★★★★★ "Masterful" The Scotsman

★★★★★"Every now and then, a show comes along that scoops you up from the start, whisks you along on a roller coaster ride and deposits you at the end of the track, gasping for breath and wanting to do it all again. This is one of those." Edinburgh News
